With a well-established international distribution network and a strong presence across both mature and emerging markets, the organisation is currently expanding its portfolio and strengthening its presence in newer mobility segments.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing professional to lead key brand and marketing initiatives for the organisation’s India business.

This is a high-ownership role encompassing brand strategy, positioning, go-to-market initiatives, ATL & BTL, channel marketing, product communication, market intelligence and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.




- Build differentiated brand positioning across target customer segments.
- Drive brand equity, visibility and consistent communication across channels.
- Lead ATL, BTL, channel and trade marketing initiatives.
- Develop product communication, sales tools, brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Track consumer/customer trends, competitive activity, pricing and portfolio opportunities.
- Develop marketing programmes supporting demand generation, customer acquisition and business growth.
- Drive promotional campaigns, loyalty programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, Supply Chain, Finance and Corporate Communications to ensure robust execution.

What We Are Looking For
- 8–10 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong experience in brand management, product marketing and GTM strategy
- Exposure to brands operating through dealer/channel-led and/or rural markets would be highly relevant
