Job Description – Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

Job Location: HO, Jaipur
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Costing of projects as per drawings and specifications.
- Quantity Surveying & Quantity Take-off.
- Preparation of BOQ, BOM & BBS.
- Analysis of Rates (AOR) and cost calculation.
- Review of drawings, tender documents, and project specifications.
- Preparation of tender estimates and commercial proposals.
- Coordination with Project, Design & Procurement teams for quantity and cost-related requirements.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Estimation, Costing, BOQ, BOM, BBS, Quantity Surveying & Rate Analysis.
- Good command of MS Excel and drawing reading.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in WTP, STP, Water Supply, and Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
