Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Perform basic tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare mise en place as instructed by the CDP or senior chefs.
- Assist in basic cooking and preparation of dishes under supervision.
- Follow standard recipes, preparation methods, and portion sizes.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly prepared before service.
- Support the kitchen team during service and maintain timely food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO practices.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
- Assist with receiving, cleaning, and storing kitchen ingredients when required.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
- Immediately report any shortage, spoilage, or quality issue to the senior chef.
- Support other kitchen sections when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
