About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and thorough Indirect Tax & Compliance Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end GST compliance, TDS statutory filings, and general accounting. The ideal candidate will possess deep practical knowledge of GST returns, E-Way bills, Delivery Challans (DC), e-TDS returns, Tally accounting entries, and meticulous ledger verification and reconciliation. This role requires strong organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively while adhering to strict statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- GST Compliance & Operations
- Prepare and handle complete filing for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations against GSTR-2B to maximize eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC) and identify variances.




- Generate and manage day-to-day E-Way Bills and Delivery Challans (DC) for movement of goods and operational logistics.
- Reconcile GST ledgers in Tally books with the GST Portal on a monthly basis.
- Compute and ensure timely remittance of monthly GST liabilities.
- TDS & Direct Tax Compliance:
- Verify correct rate application and execute accurate TDS deductions on vendor payments, sub-contracts, and skilled fees.
- Prepare data and execute timely quarterly e-TDS returns (Form 26Q/27Q) and generate Form 16A certificates.
- Reconcile TDS liabilities and deposits in Tally against Traces and Form 26AS.
- Accounting, Verification & Reconciliations:
- Pass, verify, and review accurate Tally entries for sales, purchases, debit/credit notes, statutory tax liabilities, and journal vouchers.
