About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Cuisine Private Chef to manage the culinary requirements of a private residence in Worli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across multiple cuisines and experience working with HNI/UHNI families or premium private residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare high-quality meals tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, and other international cuisines.
- Develop weekly and daily menus while ensuring variety, nutrition, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage grocery planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory.
- Monitor food costs and minimize wastage.
- Adapt menus based on dietary preferences, allergies, and special occasions.




- Prepare meals for family gatherings, private events, and guests when required.
- Coordinate effectively with household staff and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional culinary experience.
- Prior experience as a Private Chef / Personal Chef / Chef for HNI-UHNI households is preferred.
- Solid expertise in multiple cuisines, particularly Indian, Continental, and Asian.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
- Good understanding of menu planning, portion control, and food costing.
- Professional, discreet, well-groomed, and comfortable working in a private household.
- Ability to independently manage the kitchen and culinary operations.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
