Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Manager Liquidity & Exchange Operations to oversee the day-to-day liquidity and trading operations of the exchange. The role will be responsible for managing exchange connectivity, liquidity providers, market makers, trading operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchange operations, derivatives, and liquidity management while working closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external liquidity partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage liquidity across Spot, Perpetual Futures, Options, and Copy Trading products.
- Monitor exchange connectivity, market data,



and trading infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted trading operations.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers and market makers to maintain healthy order books, competitive spreads, and execution quality.
- Monitor market depth, funding rates, pricing anomalies, slippage, and execution performance.
- Support token listings, trading pair launches, and product rollouts by coordinating operational readiness across teams.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, including exchange connectivity failures, API disruptions, pricing discrepancies, and trade exceptions.
- Work closely with Engineering on exchange integrations, trading APIs, market data feeds, and production releases.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to identify operational and market risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Develop operational procedures, incident management processes, and performance monitoring dashboards.
