Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The BIM Architect will develop and manage BIM models across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring accuracy,



coordination, and compliance with design standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing architectural and construction drawings, creating and reviewing submittals, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve design clashes and optimize buildability. The role also involves maintaining BIM standards, supporting 4D/5D modeling workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and documentation. The BIM Architect will participate in design reviews, assist in quantity take-offs, and support timely, high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Architecture with experience producing Architectural Drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and clash dete
