We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Insurance, Agency Channel, and experience in recruiting and managing teams of financial advisors/agents.

Roles and Responsibility

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in General Insurance or related fields is required.
- Strong knowledge of Agency Channel and its operations is essential.
