Job Summary

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the organization's financial activities. The role ensures accuracy in bookkeeping, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST/TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Generate financial reports and management information reports (MIS).
- Verify and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.




- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.
