Your work profile

ServiceNow Developer with 8–12 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules. Strong expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, integrations, and production support. Proven ability to implement scalable workflows, improve CMDB data quality, automate enterprise processes, and support large-scale ServiceNow environments with high stability and performance standards

Key skills required
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable, productive, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms,



workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
- Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.
- Education- UG and Above, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
- GRC: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM
- ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping
- ITA
