We are looking for a motivated
Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer
to join our team and provide installation, maintenance, and technical support across a wide range of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewall devices.
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and business software.




- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems (preferred).
- Maintain service reports and update job status after each visit.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and qualified service.

Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in computer hardware and networking.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic firewall configuration.
- Experience installing Windows, drivers, and software.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite customer support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
