Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international voice calls from clients across various geographies, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process transactions related to core banking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling client requests.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment, preferably in a non-voice process role (US Voice/US Sales).
- Strong understanding of business development principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in processing transactions using core banking systems.
