Job Title: Tax & Compliance Executive

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Department: Finance Reporting To: Finance Manager

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Client: Client is a leading multinational (MNC) company in cash management and transaction automation solutions.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Tax & Compliance Executive with 2-5 years of experience in taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA compliances, banking activities, and coordinating with consultants to ensure timely filings and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Coordinate with consultants for tax filings and assessments.

• Manage MCA, FEMA, and RBI compliance filings as applicable.

• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on tax-related matters.

• Handle bank-related activities such as:

o Bank Guarantee issuance,



renewal, and closure

o Maintaining authorized signatory records

o Processing tax-related payments before due dates

• Ensure all statutory and compliance deadlines are met.

• Support any other finance, compliance, or banking-related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com or BAF degree (Master's degree is an added advantage). Experience

• 25 years of experience in Taxation and Compliance.

• Experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances. • Basic understanding of MCA, FEMA, and RBI filings.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders.
