You’ll own the growth of the brand across key marketplace and e-commerce channels, working closely with platform partners to drive revenue, visibility, and profitability.

What you'll do
- Own revenue and business performance across key marketplace and quick-commerce accounts.
- Manage relationships with KAMs and platform teams across Zepto, Flipkart, and other emerging channels.
- Drive the account roadmap across assortment, pricing, visibility, promotions, launches, and inventory.
- Identify growth opportunities across categories, platforms, and distribution channels.
- Work closely with platform teams to unlock visibility, campaigns, placements, and incremental growth opportunities.
- Track channel-level performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, margins, and ROAS.
- Build regular reporting and business reviews to track performance and drive action.
- Partner with internal teams across supply, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of marketplace and e-commerce businesses,



with hands-on experience managing key accounts.
- Experience working directly with KAMs / category managers / marketplace teams.
- Strong commercial understanding across revenue, margins, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Ability to analyse channel performance and translate insights into growth initiatives.
- Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Who you are
- 2–6 years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, KAM, or growth roles.
- Experience managing platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, or other marketplaces / quick-commerce platforms.
- Have contributed to scaling a brand, category, or marketplace business from 0→1 or through a significant growth phase.
- Background in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
