Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Fabricate machine parts, frames, tanks, and structural assemblies.
- Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Grind, finish, and inspect welded components.
- Maintain welding equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of TIG welding experience.
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding symbols and measuring instruments.
- Positive work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
