Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive for our Head Office in Andheri West, Mumbai to handle day-to-day Purchase and Procurement activities.
- If you have relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement and are willing to travel occasionally for site visits across India, we would like to hear from you.
- Applicants residing in Mumbai / Mumbai Suburban should only apply. Candidates must have 2–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Position: Purchase Executive (Head Office)

Experience: 2–6 years in Purchase/Procurement - Mandatory

Industry: Construction / Heavy Civil Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai Suburban (Andheri West) – Work from Office

Key Accountabilities

Procurement Planning: Plan and manage the purchase of materials and develop procurement strategies to meet project and departmental requirements.

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Price Negotiation: Collect and compare quotations and negotiate favourable prices, quality,



delivery timelines, transportation, and payment terms.

Purchase Order Management: Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders. Track order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Inventory & Indent Verification: Ensure every indent includes current stock details from the respective store/site. Verify the actual material requirement and quantity with the concerned department before proceeding with the purchase.

Cost Control: Monitor purchase costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Vendor Development & Coordination: Maintain robust relationships with existing vendors and develop new suppliers as required. Coordinate with internal departments and project sites for smooth procurement operations.

Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate Purchase Orders, supplier records, and procurement documents. Prepare procurement status and other reports as requ
