Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager – Design to lead the design and engineering of MEP services for building projects. The role will be responsible for managing the design team, reviewing and coordinating MEP designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes, and delivering coordinated, cost-effective, and technically sound design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MEP design team for building projects.
- Manage the design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Review and approve MEP design concepts, calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.
- Coordinate MEP designs with Architectural and Structural disciplines to ensure fully integrated building designs.
- Review and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable national and international codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Develop and review design basis reports, technical specifications, BOQs, and design calculations.
- Review HVAC load calculations, electrical load schedules, water demand calculations, fire-fighting requirements, and other relevant MEP calculations.
- Provide technical guidance to MEP engineers and designers.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and other design disciplines.
- Review consultant/vendor designs, technical submissions, and equipment selections where required.
- Ensure designs are optimized for cost, energy efficiency, constructability, functionality, and sustainability.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical solutions to complex MEP design issues.
