: Sales Operations Executive Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Reporting to : Director of Marketing

Position Summary:

* We are looking for a curious, dependable and digitally capable skilled to support our sales and business operations while working closely with the management team.

* This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The candidate will initially work on customer outreach, sales coordination, reporting, MIS and business follow-ups. As the person develops a stronger understanding of the business and demonstrates ownership, the role may gradually expand into business analysis, process improvement and cross-functional projects.

* This role is suitable for someone who may not have a formal management degree but possesses strong communication skills, comfort with technology, curiosity about how businesses work and a willingness to learn through practical experience.

Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Support lead generation, customer follow-ups and sales coordination.





* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities and customer interactions.

* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

* Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps and follow-up opportunities.

* Maintain MIS reports, sales trackers and management dashboards.

* Coordinate with sales teams and internal departments to close pending actions.

* Provide management with relevant business information, reports and follow-up updates.

* Learn and effectively use the company’s CRM, ERP and other internal systems.

* Assist with basic market research, competitor tracking and special business projects.

* Identify recurring operational issues and suggest practical improvements.

* Support the implementation and monitoring of sales processes and systems.

Skills and Experience:

* Excellent spoken and written English.
