Position Overview

Clicksoft Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and sales-driven US Account Manager – Strategic Accounts to manage and grow large enterprise US IT staffing accounts.

This is not a pure recruitment or delivery role. The selected candidate should have proven experience managing enterprise staffing accounts, developing client relationships, generating staffing requirements, and converting opportunities into interviews, placements, and revenue.

Experience managing accounts or staffing programs associated with Tech-M or similar large enterprise/system-integrator environments is highly valued.

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic accounts, generating staffing opportunities, managing portal-based requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, and achieving consistent consultant placements and revenue growth.





Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand strategic US IT staffing accounts.
- Drive requirement generation and improve consultant conversions through robust stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with delivery managers, hiring managers, project managers, procurement teams, and other client stakeholders.
- Work actively with staffing portals and VMS/MSP programs.
- Identify open positions, distribute requirements to recruiters, and prioritize high-conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with US IT recruiters to ensure timely and qualified candidate submissions.
- Follow up on candidate reviews, interview scheduling, feedback, selection, and onboarding.
- Negotiate bill rates, margins, contract terms, and consultant start dates.
- Manage the complete staffing lifecycle from requirement identification through placement and consultant onboarding.
