Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sports Physiotherapist role based in Mumbai. The Sports Physiotherapist will assess athletes’ musculoskeletal health, conduct injury screenings,



and design individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, guiding athletes through exercise-based rehab, and monitoring progress to safely return them to peak performance. The role involves collaborating closely with coaches, trainers, and medical professionals to integrate physio protocols into training cycles and competition schedules. The Sports Physiotherapist will also contribute to injury-prevention programs, educate athletes on recovery and wellness best practices, document treatment plans and outcomes, and support BAY’s high-performance and experiential training workplace.

Qualifications
