Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Electrical Engineering
Mandatory: Valid 33 KV Electrical License

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance activities of the plant.
- Maintain and troubleshoot 33 KV HT/LT systems, transformers, HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC, motors, VFDs, DG sets and APFC panels.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor electrical equipment reliability and minimize plant downtime.
- Ensure electrical safety, LOTO and statutory compliance.
- Monitor power consumption, power factor and energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage electrical technicians, contractors and service vendors.




- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and statutory documents.
- Support electrical projects, modifications and commissioning activities.

Key Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Positive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical safety and statutory requirements.
- Team handling and vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates with manufacturing / FMCG / food / feed / process industry experience.
