Job Description:
- Project Overview: Strengthening identity governance and security practices and keeping the risks within organization appetite level.
- Contractors Role: As a Sr IAM BA Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within our organization.
- You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies.

Must have skills:
- Data Validation: Collaborate with SaaS application teams to obtain user data extracts from various systems and sources.
- Identity Solution Integration: Utilize our identity governance and administration tools and systems to validate user data against the central identity repository.
- Discrepancy Detection:



Identify and analyze discrepancies or inconsistencies between the extracted user data and the data stored in our identity solution.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of data discrepancies, including data quality issues, access provisioning errors, or system integration problems.
- Data Correction: Work with relevant teams to rectify data discrepancies and ensure that user information is accurate and up to date.
