Role Description
This is a full time Field Marketing Executive role based in the Greater Chennai Area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Marketing Executive will plan and execute local marketing campaigns, engage with pharmacies and community stakeholders, and promote Kapzo’s services in targeted neighborhoods and healthcare hubs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, collecting customer and partner feedback, supporting sales initiatives,



and coordinating on-ground events or promotions. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, sharing insights with the marketing and sales teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all field activities.

What you’ll primarily do:
- Visit partner pharmacies and complete
stickers, QR codes, standees, posters & branding setups
- Execute hyperlocal campaigns across streets, apartments and high-footfall locations
- Coordinate
auto branding, bus stickers, posters, lamp-post/street-corner visibility
and other outdoor activities
- Approach and activate
apartment communities, RWAs, shops and local businesses
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, installation and outdoor branding
- Handle adhoc on-ground marketing requirements and ensure timely execution
- Capture photos, track activities and report campaign progress
