Key Responsibilities

Arrival & inward records
- Record all incoming consignments — crates received from materials— with quantity, weight, variety (KD / Delicious), grade, and supplier-wise details.
- Verify deliveries against procurement documents and raise Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Maintain gate-inward registers and reconcile arrivals against agreed quantities.

Stock & store keeping
- Maintain accurate chamber-wise / location-wise inventory of stored fruit.
- Record all issues and dispatches, and keep running stock balances.
- Track and record wastage, sorting losses, and grade-wise movement.
- Manage store of packaging materials, crates, labels, and consumables; raise indents when stock runs low.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile against book stock.

Bookkeeping & accounts
- Maintain day book, cash book, ledgers, and voucher records.
- Record procurement payments, freight, labour, and operational expenses.
- Maintain supplier-wise and party-wise accounts and assist with payment tracking.




- Enter transactions accurately into accounting software (Tally or equivalent).
- Assist with bank reconciliation, GST data, and month-end record-keeping.

Documentation & coordination
- Prepare and file delivery challans, gate passes, and dispatch documentation.
- Keep organised, retrievable records for audit and management review.
- Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and accounts functions; flag discrepancies promptly.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory/warehouse records, and/or bookkeeping — preferably in Foundry warehouse/distribution environment.
- Hands-on experience with Tally (or similar accounting software) and MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and record discipline.
- Ability to manage physical stock records and books simultaneously without errors.
