Role Summary

The Capacity Building, Knowledge & Change Management Expert will lead institutional capacity-building, training, knowledge management, stakeholder communication, grievance-support and change-management activities for ITIs, SPVs and other implementation stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive capacity-building plan.
- Conduct training needs assessments.
- Design training programmes for ITIs, SPVs and other stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and knowledge resources.
- Organize workshops, learning sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Document best practices, lessons learned and case studies.




- Develop mechanisms for institutional knowledge management.
- Support stakeholder communication and outreach.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and participation.
- Support grievance-redressal mechanisms.
- Monitor grievance-resolution processes.
- Support change-management initiatives.
- Identify resistance or adoption challenges.
- Develop communication and awareness interventions.
- Recommend programme improvements.
- Document successful practices for replication and scaling.
