About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven Finance & Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting, and supporting the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate and effective financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoice processing, payment entries, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and accounting records.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.




- Process and maintain documentation related to GST, TDS, statutory returns, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare timely and accurate accounting and financial reports for management review.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all accounting entries and reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting principles and company policies.
- Work effectively with the Finance & Accounts Manager to improve and optimize financial operations and internal processes.
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Handle accounting-related queries and assist employees and internal teams regarding financial and accounting procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex or outstanding accounting issues in coordination with the reporting manager.
