- We are looking for a Freelancer - Community & Content Growth Partner to grow POVS by bringing genuine users, creators and meaningful points of view to the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential users, creators, communities and organizations.
- Promote POVS and encourage genuine user registrations.
- Encourage users to create and share unique Points of View (POVs).
- Build communities around relevant topics and interests.
- Promote POVS through social networks, student communities, professional groups and other relevant channels.
- Encourage engagement through favor, oppose, comments and discussions.
- Maintain basic records of outreach, users and content generated.
- Follow up with users to encourage continued participation.
- Performance Target - Every 15 Days
- Achieve: Bring 100 new genuine registered users to POVS and Facilitate 250 unique POV posts from genuine users.
- Duplicate, spam, copied, fake or artificially generated accounts/content will not count toward the performance target.





Preferred Profile
- Experience in social media, community building, digital marketing, student engagement, influencer outreach, content creation, sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking and community-building skills are essential.

Nature of Engagement
- This is a freelance/independent engagement, not a full time employment position.
- Continuation will depend on genuine user growth, quality of content, community engagement and overall performance.

Target
- 100 New Genuine Users and 250 Unique POVs every 15 days.
