Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of civil projects including demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, expansions, and facility modifications across all of our projects.
- Prepare BOQs, review drawings, and validate vendor quotations.
- Ensure timely project completion through regular site supervision.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance.
- Drive cost optimization through efficient planning and material reuse.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Admin) and external consultants for smooth execution.
- Resolve site-level issues and support statutory approvals and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with hard services teams for utilities and infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong hands-on site execution and QA experience with robust IS-code knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in industrial or commercial civil projects.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of utilities such as STP, ETP, Boiler, HVAC preferred
