Job Overview

We are looking for an Executive – AID Relationship Executive to build and manage strong business relationships with Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs) and drive business opportunities across premium Home Dcor product categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Architects & Interior Designers.
- Identify, onboard and develop new AID accounts within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a database of active architects and interior designers.
- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Master List (CML).
- Generate business opportunities through AIDs across assigned product categories.
- Conduct product presentations and briefings using catalogs, brochures and other collaterals.
- Communicate recent product launches, updates and offerings to architects and interior designers.




- Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential AIDs to strengthen business engagement.
- Conduct regular architect visits and site visits to understand project requirements and generate business.
- Visit end customers’ homes/sites and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of Home Dcor requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain weekly trackers covering architect visits, catalogs/collaterals distributed, product briefings and AID sites visited.
- Coordinate with internal business category teams for backend support and seamless project execution.
- Achieve territory-wise business development and relationship management objectives.

Mandatory / Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Project Sales / Client-facing Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lighting Industry is preferred.
- Experience working with Arch
