Technical Experience:
6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow Development.

Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on Multiple implementations.

Candidates should have strong knowledge on ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Governance, Risk & Compliance.

ServiceNow GRC Implementation or development experience is a must have.





Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.

Valuable hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Glide and Jelly Scripting.

Design and modify ServiceNow forms, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.

Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding.

Conducting Proof of Concept activities when necessary.

Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)

Good understanding of building Machine Learning, AI, RPA scenarios will be added value.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Work with global ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow across any location of client.

Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs

Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
