Job Summary

Position: Sales Development Representative - US Market (B2B Lead Generation).

Location: Pune (In office Preferred) / Remote.

Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift - EST/PST Aligned).

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST.

Experience Required: 1-3 Years.

Open Positions: 2.

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Head - Growth Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to accounting firms and prospective clients in the USA using provided target lists.
- Introduce Finsmarts offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with warm prospects through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for appointment scheduling and lead handover.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly activity reports.
- Support follow-up campaigns after webinars, newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment generation targets.
Requirements




- 1-3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or International Voice Process.
- Prior experience in the US market or B2B sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/US accent.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred).
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2B services will be an added advantage.
