About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience in the Furniture, Interior or Retail Industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, website traffic, qualified leads, e-commerce sales and customer engagement across digital channels.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content marketing, e-commerce marketing, analytics and performance marketing, preferably within the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build annual and monthly digital marketing plans and campaign calendars.
- Identify current digital channels and opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies for both B2C and B2B digital marketing.




- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI.

2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, product sales, remarketing and brand awareness.
- Monitor CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue contribution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve conversions.

3. SEO & Website Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the company's website/e-commerce platform.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate technical SEO, on-page SEO and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize product pages, category pages, landing pages and website content.
