Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to understand business needs, define functional requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the solution-delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- - Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Analyse existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, testing,



and project-management teams.
- Support user acceptance testing and requirement validation.
- Manage changes, clarifications, and stakeholder expectations.
- Requirements
- - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on SAP-related or enterprise-application projects.
- Solid knowledge of BRD, FRD, process mapping, and requirement management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
