About the Role

Pioneer Technologies is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Sales Manager to lead and drive our corporate and enterprise sales business.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, proven technology sales experience, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate and enterprise sales across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage key accounts and strategic customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, implementation, and support.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales.
- Prior experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of IT products, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
