Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the monthly social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with the company's projects, brand positioning and business goals.
- Coordinate with the videographer, photographer, designers and site teams to ensure regular creation of high-quality content.
- Plan content around:
- Completed projects
- Site progress
- Before & after transformations
- Design concepts
- Material selections
- Furniture manufacturing
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Founder/team content
- Client handovers
- Educational design content
- Luxury lifestyle content
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and content briefs.
- Manage publishing, scheduling, hashtags, tagging, thumbnails and platform optimisation.




- Maintain a premium and consistent Gurjot Shan Designs brand identity across all platforms.
- Track competitors, luxury interior-design trends and emerging social-media formats.
- Monitor performance through reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, enquiries and leads.
- Prepare a monthly social media performance report with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with the business development team to convert relevant social-media enquiries into potential leads.
- Help build the personal brand and digital presence of Gurjot Shan as a designer/founder.
- Manage collaborations with architects, designers, brands, influencers and relevant industry professionals.
- Ensure that all published content reflects the company's quality standards and does not compromise brand positioning.
