Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor real-time traffic patterns to optimize route planning and reduce delays.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., GPS, weather reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to resolve issues related to vehicle availability, driver scheduling, or route changes.
- Provide accurate ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) predictions based on current traffic conditions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in WFM (Workforce Management) or similar role.
- Robust understanding of RTA (Real-Time Analysis) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel or specialized software.
