Regional HR Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing HR activities across the region and partnering with business leaders to support manpower, employee engagement, performance, retention, and compliance
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR for regional branches and teams.
- Drive recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.
- Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
- Manage performance appraisal and talent development.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related issues.
- Ensure HR policy, statutory, and compliance requirements.
- Track HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, and productivity.
- Partner with Regional Business Heads on people strategy.
