Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in residential building construction, preferably working directly with construction contractor companies.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, monitoring quality, checking quantities, and ensuring that construction works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Candidates with experience primarily in Infrastructure Projects, Road Works, High-Rise Buildings, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects are not preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential project site.
- Execute civil and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting,



plumbing, electrical, fabrication, and other finishing works.
- Check dimensions, levels, line and alignment, and ensure proper execution of works.
- Read and understand architectural, structural, MEP, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, skilled workers, and labour teams for smooth execution.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities and ensure works are completed within the scheduled time.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at the site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship before and during execution.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager / Management for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site updates.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities of completed works.
