JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Accounting to lead statutory and consolidated financial reporting, automation initiatives, and technical accounting matters. The role requires hands-on ownership of monthly and quarterly Ind AS financial statements,



driving automation in consolidation processes, supporting ERP implementations, and providing managerial support on US taxation and technical accounting under Ind AS and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and review monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including schedules and disclosures.
- Lead consolidated financial reporting, including inter-company eliminations, related party transactions, and group adjustments.
- Drive automation of financial reporting and consolidation processes such as RPT eliminations, deferred tax workings, and reconciliations.
- Oversee deferred tax computations including DTA/DTL, roll-forwards, and reconciliations.
- Manage and optimize month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Act as finance lead for ERP implementation and enhancements including requirement finalization, UAT, and stabilization.
