We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Engineer to expand our customer base by generating new business opportunities, conducting customer visits, understanding technical requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Visit potential customers in assigned territories to introduce the company's products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, applications, and benefits to customers.




- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical questions.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-up.

Market Development
- Identify current industries, customers, and market opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events whenever required.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activitie
