Civil Site Supervisor

Jupiter Groups is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to support the smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that work is completed according to project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, and site requirements.
- Manage and coordinate manpower at the site effectively.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.
- Identify and report site issues, delays,



or material requirements to the concerned team.
- Support site inspections and assist in maintaining smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site procedures, and civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Solid sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous site supervision experience will be an added advantage.
