Position description: Join Jindal Stainless Limited's Holloware Department as a key financial skilled responsible for managing comprehensive accounting functions within the mining and metals industry. This role demands meticulous financial oversight, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in accounting practices specific to the metals sector, demonstrating proficiency in handling complex transactions, cost accounting, and financial audits to drive operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts specific to the holloware segment.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving audit queries promptly.
- Implement and monitor cost accounting procedures to accurately track production costs and inventory valuation within the mining and metals context.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records and managing vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support strategic planning and operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory filings relevant to the industry.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
