About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable services, following up with leads, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads provided by the company and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Enigoal's startup, MSME, compliance, loan application, IT and digital marketing services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver service-related information and sales proposals.
- Handle customer queries, objections and concerns professionally.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads and sales in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation team after sales closure.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on pending leads.
- Stay updated about company services, pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
