Job Description

· Strong hands-on knowledge of MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) operation and maintenance.

· Monitor and optimize MEE performance, steam consumption, vacuum, temperature, and pressure.

· Troubleshoot issues such as scaling, foaming, vacuum loss, and tube choking.

· Knowledge of heat & mass balance, steam economy, pumps, condensers, and vacuum systems.

· Coordinate with ETP/ZLD, utility, production, electrical, and mechanical teams as required.

· Ensure SOP, safety, environmental and production requirements are followed.

· Lead and guide operators and maintain daily MEE operational reports.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ETP operations, environmental engineering, and industrial waste management,



with the ability to oversee plant processes and ensure compliance.
- Good people management and coordination skills, including the ability to supervise staff, manage vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear reports and communicate technical information in straightforward terms.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an ETP/MEE or similar industrial operations role in Hyderabad or comparable industrial hubs will be an advantage.
