Ojin Bakes is looking for a creative, experienced, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialistto manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have solid digital marketing knowledge along with excellent photography and videography skills, as they will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase Ojin Bakes' brand awareness, reach, engagement, and customer growth.
- Manage Ojin Bakes' social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos of our products, bakery, team, events, offers, and behind-the-scenes activities.




- Handle professional food/product photography and videography for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Write creative captions and develop content that aligns with the Ojin Bakes brand.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities and implement relevant trends for the brand.
- Coordinate and execute campaigns for new products, seasonal promotions, offers, festivals, and special occasions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management and bakery team to identify content opportunities and promotional ideas.
