Role & responsibilities
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including CAP, RAP, and Cloud Foundry environment.
- Expertise in SAP API Management, Integration Suite (CPI), and Event Mesh for system-to-system integrations.
- Experience in developing OData, REST APIs, and microservices-based extensions for S/4 HANA and cloud applications.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud SDK, Node.js, and Java-based BTP applications with solid understanding of security concepts (OAuth2, SAML).
- Proven experience in end-to-end design, development, and deployment of solutions on SAP BTP.
- Strong background in building, exposing, and managing APIs for integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization of API and integration components.
- Exposure to S/4 HANA extensions using BTP services such as Workflow, Business Rules, and Launchpad Service.




- Ability to work with functional, basis, and security teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.
- Analyze business integration requirements and design robust BTP and API-based architectures for enterprise solutions.
- Develop, deploy, and manage APIs and integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite and API Management.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for BTP applications, ensuring high availability and reliability of integrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing BTP developments, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and security guidelines.
