We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with solid expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to manage, analyze, and present business data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating MIS reports, dashboards, automated reports, and data analysis to support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Google Sheets functions.
- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Create management reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business data.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly to stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of SQL is an added advantage.
- Experience working with large datasets.
