Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to work on end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical skills (SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs) and functional expertise across core Oracle Fusion modules, ensuring seamless business process alignment and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, Procurement, HCM, or SCM) as per business requirements.
- Technical Development:
Develop reports, integrations, and extensions using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, and OIC.
- Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Integration Management:
Build and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Issue Resolution & Support:




Troubleshoot application and integration issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Data Management:
Handle data migration using FBDI templates, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Testing & Deployment:
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
- Documentation:
Prepare functional and technical design documents, process flows, and user guides.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 510 years of experience in Oracle applications, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in at least one of the following modules:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Procurement
- HCM
- SCM
- Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services for Fusion integrations.
- Knowledge of functional business processes and best practices.
