Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute international business strategy for West and North African countries.
• Identify current opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with distributors, importers, government organizations, wholesalers and institutional buyers.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across assigned territories.
• Expand market presence through new product introductions and market penetration strategies.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.

International Sales & Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms and annual contracts.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Lead customer visits, presentations, exhibitions and business meetings across assigned regions.

Merchant Trading & Strategic Sourcing
- Identify high-margin international trading opportunities beyond bicycles.
• Develop business for bicycle components,



automotive parts, industrial products, commodities and other suitable merchant trading products.
• Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to build competitive sourcing networks.

Export Operations & Trade Compliance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, customs requirements, taxation, freight management and country-specific import regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, banks, inspection agencies and government authorities.
• Monitor shipments from order confirmation to successful delivery.

Market Intelligence
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare business forecasts and recommend strategic actions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Leadership
