Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Assistant Manager – Real Estate Marketing & Maintenance to support real estate marketing activities, property maintenance, customer coordination, and operational functions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across residential properties PAN India, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining effective relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Marketing
- Assist the Manager in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities for real estate projects.
- Support lead generation, customer follow-ups, property visits, and promotional campaigns.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing activities.
- Maintain updated records of properties, customers, leads, and marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and performance updates.

Property Maintenance & Facility Management
- Coordinate maintenance and facility management activities for residential and company-owned properties.
- Ensure timely maintenance, upkeep, cleanliness, and basic operational requirements of properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, maintenance agencies, and service providers.
- Follow up on maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor the overall condition and occupancy status of company properties.
- Conduct regular follow-ups regarding property-related operational requirements.

Maintenance Recovery & Payment Management
- Ensure timely collection and payment of maintenance charges for
